The "COMM 2010" Organizing Committee invites you to attend the 8th Communications International Conference, in Bucharest, Romania. "COMM 2010" will bring together academics and industry professionals from universities, government agencies and companies to present their achievements in communications technology and related fields.

The best student paper award was presented to Nuno Pratas for the paper Capacity Limits Introduced by Data Fusion on Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Under Correlated Environments.

The conference is included in the IEEE Conference Publication Program (CPP). Accepted papers, presented in the conference, will be included in the IEEEXplore database.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
